Character House -Desktop Companion- Demo is a casual simulation built around making a small companion your own. Its central appeal is customization: players can mix and match hundreds of parts, then give their character a personal look with collectible accessories and outfits. Rich animations and expressions add visible personality to those creations, making the character more than a static desktop decoration.
The companion can take several roles on screen. Standing Mode has it mostly remain in place, with occasional wandering; Sit-in-a-Row Mode places it alongside your work and syncs its movements with every keystroke. For a quieter presence, Hiding in the Corner keeps the character at the screen’s edge. The game also describes earning rewards while AFK, then pulling, crafting, and collecting accessories, so dressing up the companion is part of the ongoing play loop.
The store description says customization data is intended to be carried over from the demo to the full release, while qualifying that the developers will do their best.
