CHAOS;HEAD NOAH follows Takumi Nishijo, a second-year high school student who prefers the company of his girl figures to real-world socializing. His withdrawn routine is unsettled by a wave of bizarre serial murders in Shibuya, dubbed “New Generation Madness” or “NewGen.” When a mysterious sender called Shogun delivers an image that appears to predict the next killing, Takumi later finds the crime scene exactly as foretold, with Rimi Sakihata standing before the blood-soaked victim.
