Caravan SandWitch sends you across Cigalo, a science-fiction world with the look and feel of Provence, in search of your missing sister. The planet’s communities include humans who stayed behind, an old Indigenous species, and robots left after exploitation. Their peaceful coexistence gives the journey a communal focus: helping residents with their tasks is part of piecing together the story and finding your place among them.
Exploration unfolds on foot or from your van, with tools for crossing difficult terrain and discovering ancient ruins. You can upgrade the van to open new passages, making its role more than simple transport. The game deliberately avoids combat, death, and timers; its emphasis is on taking time to explore, meeting people, and following the mystery at your own pace. Its post-apocalyptic setting also reflects on environmental damage without abandoning a hopeful vision of communities supporting one another.
Its design centers on exploration, narrative discovery, and helping Cigalo’s residents, with accessibility options also available.
