Paradise City is an open-ended setting built around moving from one event to another, rather than following a single fixed course. Its network spans roads and underground passages, and the game describes more than 70 cars to drive. Races and exploration share the same city, giving the driving a broad, free-roaming frame.
Progress is tied to a driver’s license: event points are saved to it, while billboards, ramps and crashes contribute to earning the Burnout license. The Ultimate Box also brings motorcycles into the mix, with motorcycle-specific challenges and two bikes available at the start. For the PC version, the listing highlights night-time driving through day-and-night cycles and dynamic weather, adding changing conditions to the city’s street-racing setting.
The game is listed with both single-player and multiplayer categories, so its open-world racing format has room for solo play as well as multiplayer sessions.
