Bomb Rush Cyberfunk casts its graffiti crews into a futuristic New Amsterdam, where street art and rivalry shape the city’s identity. Red, a writer with a cyberhead after losing his own, joins Tryce and Bel in the Bomb Rush Crew. Together they pursue “All City” status, while Red’s search for his roots connects the crew’s ambitions to the mystery of who took his head.
Exploration spans five boroughs, with graffiti spots offering REP that lets the crew challenge rivals in Crew Battles. Players can recruit new members and find additional graffiti, outfit colors, and music. Movement mixes skateboarding, inline skating, and BMX-style tricks through an environment-based system: manuals extend combos, Boost Tricks raise scores, and long combos build power. The game ties stylish traversal to territorial competition, while police response intensifies as vandalism grows.
Its play is organized around exploring the metropolis, developing a crew, and chaining tricks rather than a documented online player-versus-player mode. The result is a solo action-adventure framed by the energy and rivalries of a graffiti scene.
