Block N Load is a team-based shooter built around changing the battlefield, not simply crossing it. Five-player teams face off, and construction and demolition can alter routes and defenses as a match unfolds. Players can tunnel beneath the map or catapult over it to reach the opposing side, making the arena itself part of the tactical contest.
A build phase gives teams time to prepare defenses, traps, and setups before attacks begin. The game’s blocks include hazards and gadgets such as turrets, bounce pads, landmines, and forcefields, while its varied heroes offer combat, defensive, and supportive roles. That combination puts planning and creative construction alongside shooter action, with player choices shaping each match’s layout and approach.
Beyond team battles, Block N Load includes a map editor, Steam Workshop sharing, custom games with selectable maps and build times, and a single-player Time Assault mode built around hero-based assault courses and personal best times.
