Black Friday Janitor: Clean the Whole Mall turns the aftermath of a shopping frenzy into a large-scale organizing job. The mall is left with misplaced merchandise, rubbish, spills and fallen objects, and the premise is to bring its stores back into order. Its nostalgic setting evokes a 2000s-era mall, with familiar lighting and ambient sounds framing the cleanup.
The work is concrete and varied: return products to their proper shelves, collect trash, scrub dirt and spills, and set fallen furniture or other objects upright. Different stores carry different ranges of products, so tidying means sorting items according to their locations rather than simply clearing debris. The game also lets players unlock abilities to strengthen their janitorial skills and speed up the work.
This is a single-player simulation, with support for playing at your own pace, without timed input, and saving at any time. The game’s scale is part of its identity: its store description lists more than 30,000 things to tidy, setting up an extended restoration project rather than a quick sweep.
