Artisan TD casts the player as a member of the Artisan’s Guild, tasked with freeing magical warriors whose souls have been corrupted by the TITANS. Its campaign premise centers on an archipelago of handcrafted maps, where tower defense is framed as both a tactical puzzle and a battle against four primordial TITANS and their minions.
Instead of relying on procedural statistics or generated enemy waves, the game makes each map’s terrain and special tiles central to planning. Players construct tower mazes, manage a small economy, and can take the risk of placing farms within those routes. More than ten towers can be unlocked and upgraded, while some maps introduce their own rule sets, calling for adjustments to a player’s approach. The result is a strategy game built around adapting to authored layouts rather than repeating a single template.
Its stylized PBR 3D presentation is designed for large screens and 4K, and full controller support offers an alternative to mouse-based play. Together, the map-specific puzzles, tower progression, and solo format define the game more clearly than a bare activity figure could.
