Ant Colony: Wild Forest Demo is a strategy and simulation game about directing an ant colony as a connected, growing system. Rather than controlling each insect individually, you set priorities, construct infrastructure and choose castes while autonomous workers carry out their roles. Its demo description specifies a six-level campaign across Field, Forest and Tropics, alongside a limited selection of ant cards up to Epic rarity.
The colony’s economy is built around movement and space. Seekers search the forest for food, while loaders bring it home along supply routes; underground, players can dig and build across the nest, positioning storerooms, barracks, brood chambers and farms. As the colony expands, its different ants, including workers, carriers, scouts and warriors, contribute distinct strengths. The design links resource gathering, nest construction and caste choices into one management challenge.
Threats make that planning matter: the description lists more than eighty foes, including spiders, scorpions, wasps and rival colonies that can raid the nest, steal food and hunt the queen. Players can shape tunnels into defensive choke points and send their swarm to attack enemy nests.
