ANIMALITY is a skill-based animal runner built around a straightforward but demanding objective: dodge dragons and demons while collecting life gems. Its central challenge is survival under pressure, not simply moving through a level; the game grows faster and harder over time, putting the emphasis on practiced reflexes and improving a run’s score.
The game supports both single-player and local multiplayer co-op. In co-op, friends work together to pursue high scores and compete with other teams on Steam leaderboards, giving the shared-screen format a score-chasing purpose beyond playing side by side. Player-count information can therefore be read in the context of a game designed for either solo runs or cooperative sessions.
Running cash can be spent to obtain nine pixel-art animals, adding a collectible goal to the repeated challenge of dodging hazards and grabbing gems. ANIMALITY also includes Steam achievements and trading cards, while its leaderboards extend competition to players beyond a local session. Together, these features frame the game as a compact arcade-style test of reflexes with both individual and cooperative score goals.
